In 2014 I purchased this property based on what the floor plan would allowand how a full renovation would turn out. This has turned out to be one of my better decisions and I learned a lot in the process. This currently works as a rental and is valued to a bit over double the purchase value (March 2020).
This was my first renovation project and got me interested in undervalued property to renovate for minor sum.
